Can I make a return or exchange?

Most products are made-to-order and may be nonrefundable. I offer returns or exchanges for defective products. I do not offer refunds or exchanges on any custom, made-to-order, or personalized products unless it is defective.

Will I be charged for a return shipping label?

If you have been approved for a return or exchange, a return shipping label will be provided to you at no additional cost.

Due to this, your original cost of shipping will not be included in your refund amount.

When will I receive my order?

Due to the high volume of shipments at this time, shipping couriers are unable to guarantee estimated delivery dates.

Most products are made to order. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing and production. This does not include weekends and holidays. Once the item is complete, you will receive an email with shipping information.

Standard shipping can be up to 2-5 business days. Express shipping is 1-2 business days. There are exceptions to these dates based on the size and weight restrictions on larger, bulky items.

The dates mentioned do not include weekends, holidays, and any unforeseeable delays on the courier’s end (weather, volume, traffic, etc).

What do I do if I never received my order?

Please check the tracking number provided in your email. Note: during this time many couriers can experience delays that are out of our hands.

If no information can be gathered from the courier, please contact me directly at TinkeredKeepsakes@gmail.com with your order number, name, and tracking number. I will do my best to resolve the issue and help locate your item.

In the event that the item was lost or stolen, please contact me for assistance. Refunds in this manner will be taken into consideration on an individual basis and at my discretion.

What are my shipping options?

We currently use United States Postal Service (USPS) and UPS.

Standard Products

For many of our products we use USPS and offer Standard and Express shipping options. Both options come with tracking information that will be provided once the order has shipped.

Oversized, Bulky, and Heavier Products

For items that do not meet standard postal measurements or weight limits, we use UPS and offer Ground and 2Day Air shipping options. Due to higher costs with select items, cheaper shipping will be offered first. Both options come with tracking information that will be provided once the order has shipped.
