Returns and Exchanges

Good to Know

As with anything handmade, you can expect some variation between the colors you see on your screen. Each product may also differ slightly from the shown product’s image placement.

Returns

I offer returns for defective products only, due to the handmade nature of these items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be defective, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (if applicable).

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, real flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

* Downloadable software products

* Some health and personal care items

* Customized, Made-To-Order (MTO), Personalized products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Remember to check your email or invoice in the box.

Returning your order

  1. Log into your account (if you do not have one, you can create one using the same email you used during purchase) and select “My Returns”

  2. Select the item and the reason for the return.

  3. Follow the instructions listed under “How do I return”

A label will be provided to you via email.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, check, or original method of payment. Refunds can take up to 10-15 business days to process.

Please note your original shipping fees and taxes are not refundable and will not be included in the credited amount.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Products

Sale products follow the same return and exchange policy as regular listed products. Items marked FINAL SALE are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Custom or made-to-order items may not be exchangeable. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send me an email at tinkeredkeepsakes@gmail.com for further instructions and send your item to: P.O. Box #53, Fawn Grove , PA, 17321 , United States.

Gifts

Please review return and exchange policies, gifted products follow our 30-day policy. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you (the gift receiver), you’ll receive a gift card for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a digital gift card will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver (original purchaser) and they will find out about your return.

Returning

Send me an email at TinkeredKeepsakes@gmail.com requesting your return label.

  1. Please include the order number (if you don’t have one, include the original purchaser’s full name and email address to help me track down the order)

  2. The address the product(s) will be shipped from

  3. The email address associated with your Tinkered Keepsake account so I can apply the credit. If you don’t have one, you can create one now. If the product was not marked as a gift, the original purchaser may be contacted.

Note: Original shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable and will not be included in the credited amount.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: P.O. Box #53, Fawn Grove , PA, 17321 , United States.

A refund label will be provided for you with a tracking number. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping and any taxes collected will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We use USPS and UPS services depending on the dimensions and weight limits allotted per package. Shipping times vary and cannot be guaranteed.

A tracking shipping service will be used. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item due to loss or stolen.
