Can I have my order gift-wrapped with a gift receipt?

Each piece is wrapped in beautiful lilac tissue paper and sealed upon request. During checkout, make sure to indicate which piece is a gift and I will make sure to include a gift receipt.

You will be asked at checkout if your purchase includes a gift and what message you would like to leave.

Our gift notes are printed with your special message. It will be printed exactly how it is entered, so make sure there are no errors.

Do you offer discreet packaging?

Our packaging comes with branded boxing tape or in branded poly-mailers. If you need the packaging to be free of such things, please email me at the time of purchase or add a note during checkout.

I cannot guarantee this accommodation but will do my best to assist.

Do you offer gift cards?

Absolutely! We offer digital gift cards at this time. Click here and select your preferred value. Both digital and physical gift cards are non-refundable.

Tinkered Keepsakes gift cards are only valid if purchased on tinkeredkeepsakes.com or in person during an event. Tinkered Keepsakes cannot honor or re-issue gift card credit that is purchased from third-party sources.

How do I redeem my gift card?

Digital Gift Card

Enter the code by clicking “Apply a gift card” during checkout.

The value of the gift card will be automatically deducted from the order. Should a balance be owed, you can use a credit card or other accepted form of payment. Note that you can only use (1) one gift card per transaction at this time.

What do I do if my gift card was lost or stolen?

Please contact me immediately at TinkeredKeepsakes@gmail.com with name, email and order # (if applicable).

What are the gift card terms and conditions?

Tinkered Keepsakes gift cards may be used to purchase goods and services at Tinkered Keepsakes site and on our commerce application during craft fairs until the full balance is used.

The card has no cash value; except as required by law, it is not redeemable for cash. Any resale is strictly prohibited. For balance information please visit Orders in your account on www.tinkeredkeepsakes.com.

  • Gift card purchases are non-refundable

  • Protect your gift card like you would cash.

  • We cannot be held liable for the loss, theft, or delayed receipt of any orders.

  • We will not be responsible for lost gift cards as a result of non-delivery due to incorrect email addresses or other occurrences outside of our control.

How do I check my gift card balance?

Sign in to your account and go to Orders.

From there you can look up your gift card and check the current balance.
