General
What can I expect from handmade items?
My handmade items are made with care. This takes time but creates a beautiful item. However, as with anything handmade, you can expect some variation between the colors you see on your screen. Each product may also differ slightly from the product’s image placement.
Remember, I am a one-woman operation and it may take some time to complete larger made-to-order or custom orders.
Do you do custom work?
Yes! Please email me or reach me on the Contact page so we can begin discussing your project.
Custom orders include vinyl decals and T-shirt orders at this time.
What does my order stage mean?
You may log into your account at any time and select “My Orders” to review your order stage. An email is also sent with updates to your order stage updates.
Processing
Your order has been received to fulfill. If items are in stock, they will be prepared for shipment. If your order has custom or made-to-order products, I will begin production and include additional information with the email.
Shipped
Cheers! Your order has been packed and it’s on the way to you. Note that the tracking may take some time to be scanned into the courier’s system to reflect any activity or movement.
Partial
If your order includes a mix of in-stock and custom or made-to-order products, I will send products that are ready to go first. You may receive a separate ‘shipped’ email for the custom or made-to-order products.
You will not be charged additional costs for multiple shipments.
What does in-stock, back-ordered, and made-to-order mean? ORDER STATUS
The shipping and processing times depend on the items you’re ordering. The status of each product (in-stock, back-ordered, made-to-order) is indicated on each individual product page.
In-Stock
It is premade and ready for a new home. Processing time is shorter and will begin from the date ordered.
Back-ordered
We don’t have the materials on hand yet but it’s coming soon! Not to worry, you can still purchase it and your order will be added to the queue to be fulfilled and shipped as soon as they are available! An estimated date of availability will be listed on the product page.
Kindly note that you will be charged at the time the order is placed.
Made-to-order- MTO (including custom orders and personalized products)
Once your order has been placed, I need to craft the piece since it’s being made especially for you and can take a bit more time to be processed. Be sure to check the estimated processing time listed on MTO products in their description so you can plan accordingly.
Emails on the progress of your item will be sent, to keep you up to date.

How do I find my order number?
Your Order
If you have an account with us, simply log in and select “My Orders”. There, you can find the order number.
With every order, we send an order confirmation email, which is sent to the same email used to make the purchase. Be sure to check all inboxes as it can make its way to the junk/spam folder!
Gift Order
If you’ve been sent a gift, a gift receipt with the order number should’ve been included. Still can’t find it? Send me an email at TinkeredKeepsakes@gmail.com with the gifter’s name and their email address.
Can I cancel my order?
Kindly note that I work hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, and may not be able to cancel your order upon request.
If your order has not been shipped, please reach out to me at TinkeredKeepsakes@gmail.com with your order number.
Please note for custom and made-to-order products, once the order is placed, I am unable to cancel the order.
